RETURNS:

Returns are only allowed within 14 days of purchase.

Do you want to return the item? please contact us! We will register your item for return.

You will receive a return label and our return address via email and you can return the item for free!

You will receive an email when the return has been received and accepted.

The item may not be returned if the jewelry has been opened and removed from the packaging.The AmourJewellery Sticker Logo or label must not be broken. This is due to hygiene.

 

REFUND:

After the return has been accepted, the refund will be credited to the bank account you previously paid with.

You will receive the refund within 1/3 weekdays.
